🚫 Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

If your order was marked delivered but you did not receive it:

• Please contact us within 48 hours

• We will open an investigation with the carrier

• If the carrier determines the hair was not delivered, a resolution will be offered

No refunds or replacements will be issued without a completed investigation.
