Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping time. During sales, promotions, or high volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Linked Luxury Hair is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Orders cannot be changed once they have been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Linked Luxury Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the carrier directly.
International Shipping
At this time, shipping availability and delivery times may vary for international orders. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. These delays do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.
