Shipping

Processing times are listed on our website and may vary during high volume periods or promotions. Linked Luxury Hair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

For hygiene and quality control reasons, hair extensions are non refundable and non exchangeable. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Chargebacks and Fraud

Any chargebacks or fraudulent claims will be investigated thoroughly. Customers who file false chargebacks may be permanently banned from purchasing from Linked Luxury Hair.
